Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policies 1. General Appointments (Meetings and Other Services) Booking Policy: Appointments for meetings and other services must be scheduled in advance. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late Cancellation/No-Show: If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment or fail to show up, you will be charged the full fee for the service. 2. Outdoor Bootcamp Classes (Subscription Plans) Booking Policy: Outdoor Bootcamp classes are booked as part of a subscription plan (e.g., 20-session pack). Cancellation Policy: You may reschedule a class up to 12 hours before the session starts. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before the session) or no-shows will result in the deduction of 1 Bootcamp class credit from your subscription plan. Waitlist Policy: If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified and automatically added to the class. If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being charged.
