Human Coaching, Bodywork & Movement
"Do something today your future self will thank you for..."
What I do
I work with people on how their body moves, how they feel, and how life is going. Sometimes all of it. Sometimes just one part.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
Coaching
-
Human Coaching — in person or online. A conversation about where you are and what you actually want. Not advice. Not a course.
-
Discovery Call — free. We talk, and find out if I can help.
Bodywork & Treatment
-
P-DTR Treatment — hands-on work with the nervous system and movement. Used for pain, old injuries and movement patterns that can be difficult to shift.
-
Posture Alignment Therapy — work on balance and coordination, through the feet, eyes and inner ear. Not glamorous. But an important place to start.
-
Moxa Therapy — traditional heat therapy using mugwort, used as part of a treatment where it fits.
Movement & Training
-
Personal Training — in person and online. Individual training built around where you are, how you move and what you want to work on. No one-size-fits-all programme and no pressure to become someone else. Just practical training, adjusted as we go.
-
Outdoor Bootcamp — group training outdoors. Strength, fresh air, and other people.
A note on pain
What if pain isn't simply a sign that something is broken?
Pain is real. But pain isn't a direct measure of tissue damage.
Your nervous system is constantly processing information — from your body, your surroundings, your past experiences, stress, and what's happening in your life. Biological, psychological and social factors can all influence the experience of pain.
Sometimes there is more going on than what shows up on a scan.
That doesn't mean pain is "all in your head," and I don't assume that every pain has a hidden emotional meaning.
I get curious about what is happening, rather than deciding in advance what your pain is supposed to mean.
Who I work with
People with pain that hasn't gone away.
People who want to get stronger without a generic plan.
People who feel like they're living someone else's version of their life.
Often it's more than one of these at the same time.
Why change usually doesn't last
A lot of the people I trained reached the goal. Fewer kept it.
The pattern was nearly always the same. The weight comes off. Then a holiday. Then work gets busy and sessions get cancelled. Then stress arrives, and food does the job it always did.
It isn't always about discipline. It's that the goal came from somewhere else — a doctor, a partner, a photo, or a version of yourself you don't much like.
Nothing built on not liking yourself holds for long.
I know this because it was mine. I changed my body for years before I ever appreciated the person doing it.
How I work
I don't fix people.
I don't think you're broken. A lot of this industry starts by telling you something is missing and that they have it. I've paid for that myself. It isn't true.
I don't promise results.
I'll bring everything I have. What happens depends on you, your body, your history, and plenty neither of us controls.
I tell you what I see, not what it means about you.
You get to decide what your own experience means.
I don't dodge the hard parts.
If something in your life is difficult, I'd rather sit with that than hand you a positive reframe.
The price doesn't change.
You'll know what things cost before you start. I won't come back later with a more expensive option.
About me
I'm Luc. Polish, living in the Netherlands.
I started with personal training. People came to change their bodies, and mostly the changes didn't hold. That question stayed with me for years: why does change keep being temporary?
What I found is that people rarely change when they're trying to fix something they've decided is broken in themselves. And that almost everyone puts everyone else first — the doctor's number, the partner's expectation, the job — until there's nothing left for the thing they actually said they wanted.
I recognised it because it was my own pattern. I spent years changing my body without ever appreciating the person doing it.
The bodywork came later, then the coaching, mostly because clients kept bringing me things training alone couldn't reach.
I've also spent years taking courses and following teachers. Some were good. Some were expensive lessons in telling the difference between people who help and people who look like they're helping.
That's why this page doesn't promise you anything.
Not sure yet?
Fair enough. A website tells you very little about whether someone can help you.
Some past clients wrote about their experience below. That's theirs, not a prediction about yours.
If you'd rather just talk: [book a discovery call]. Free, and no sales pitch.
I don't fix people. I don't think you're broken.
Most of what's sold as personal development starts from the assumption that something is missing in you, and that someone else holds the key to it. I've been on the receiving end of that assumption, and I've paid for it. It isn't true.
What I do instead is simpler. I work with the body directly — posture, movement, pain, the way you actually carry yourself through a day. And I bring full attention to the conversation around it. What you make of the work is yours. I have no interest in telling you what your experience should mean.
Who this is for
People who've noticed something is off and would rather look at it honestly than be talked out of it.
Sometimes that shows up in the body: pain that doesn't resolve, movement that's guarded, an injury that healed on paper and not in practice. Sometimes it shows up as the sense of running a life that was designed by other people's expectations. Often it's both, because they aren't separate.
I don't have a programme that promises transformation in eight weeks. What I have is a set of concrete skills, and the willingness to tell you plainly when I'm not the right person for what you need.
What I'm actually offering
"You can connect with your true essence without spiritual bypassing — simply by embracing your vulnerability."
That's it, really. Not a method for becoming someone better. Not a journey with a destination I've picked for you.
Vulnerability is uncomfortable, and most of the industry is built on helping people avoid it while appearing to face it. I'd rather do the harder, slower thing — stay with what's actually true for you, including the parts that don't resolve.

That's reasonable. You don't know me, and reading a page tells you very little about whether someone can actually help.
Below are things past clients have said. Read them or don't — they're their experiences, not predictions about yours.

During training, I experienced pain in my foot, which happened quite often. Luc treated it, and since then—about a year ago—I haven’t had any issues. You just have to believe it, because it really works. He used the PDT-R method. Highly recommended!
Good trainer who really takes the time to achieve the best results with you

What a client says after her first training session:
"I really think you are an excellent personal trainer. With my previous trainer, I never had a warm-up or stretching exercises. He knew about my injury, but never really looked at the bigger picture or thought about what might be behind it. I also appreciated your feedback; I learn from that. Now I can really start working on it. If you were only focused on strength, I wouldn’t make any progress.
I hardly ever got corrections from my old trainer. You are really 200 percent focused on your client and not on the people around you. I think you can really teach someone a lot in a short time. The lesson was also very varied and refreshing. You’re so enthusiastic."
